Your complaint is very important for the companies that want to improve and satisfy you as customer.

Three steps to make your complaint adequately

First: present the problem.
Write a clear and brief explanation of what is not working according to your discretion.

Second: Write all the information you believe is relevant so that the company considers your problem.
Here, you have some examples of data, which we believe is relevant:

  • description of the article or service
  • brand/model
  • number of bus or taxi
  • if it is a bank, number of cash desk
  • number of series
  • date of purchase
  • time of purchase
  • name of the employee who served you
  • number of invoice or receipt
  • your customer number

Third: Write what you expect from the company
